Organic Timor – Dark Roast

Timor is an island of Indonesia, near Sumatra and the coffee from the island is very similar to Sumatra. It’s certainly one of our favorites when dark roasted. Timor coffee has a an earthy, chocolaty and carmelly flavor profile.

Our roasted Timor coffee is excellent as an espresso or latte but is sure to wake you up and put a smile on your face no matter how you brew it.
